Getting started
The app works immediately, with no account or sign-in required. Everything you enter is saved on your device automatically.
Setting up family sharing
- Open the app and tap Share with Family in the toolbar.
- Choose how to send the invite — Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or copy the link.
- Once the person you invited accepts, their copy of the app will show the same data as yours, and stay in sync automatically.
- You can stop sharing at any time from your device's iCloud sharing settings.
Family sharing requires each person to have their own Apple ID and to be signed into iCloud on their device.
Restoring a backup
The app backs up automatically to iCloud every 48 hours, whether or not family sharing is turned on. Tap Restore from Backup in the toolbar to see a list of these automatic backups and pick one to restore.
As extra insurance, also use Export backup (.json) in the Data section regularly, and Import backup to restore it on this or another device.
Common questions
Is my data private?
Yes. Data stays on your device unless you turn on family sharing, in which case it syncs only through your own iCloud account and only to people you specifically invite. See the privacy policy for details.
Do I need an account?
No. The app has no login. Family sharing uses your existing Apple ID and iCloud account.
Can I use this on more than one device?
Yes — turn on family sharing (even if you're only sharing with yourself across your own devices) to keep data in sync, or use export/import backups to move data manually.
The share invite isn't working — what do I check?
- Both people need to be signed into iCloud on their device.
- Give the invite link a moment to process after it's accepted — sync can take a few seconds.
- If it still doesn't appear, try reopening the app to refresh.
Is this a substitute for medical advice?
No. This app is a personal tracking tool only. Always follow guidance from your treating medical team.
