Turn on Share with Family and invite the people helping with your care — they'll see the same up-to-date information you do, kept in sync automatically through your own private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. No separate account, no third-party server.
Your data stays yours
Everything is stored on your device by default. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to turn on family sharing, and even then it only goes to your own iCloud account and the people you specifically invite. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
